　　个人简介：
　　林敏，男，1972年10月生，博士，高级工程师。现为解放军理工大学学科带头人，解放军理工大学通信工程学院硕士生导师，中国电子学会高级会员。分别于1989年、2000年和2008年毕业于国防科技大学、解放军理工大学和东南大学，获工学学士、硕士和博士学位。主要从事无线和卫星通信系统、阵列信号处理、天线技术等方向的科研工作。

　　主要科研成果：
　　先后主持或作为课题组主要成员参与了多项国家和省部级重点课题的研究，共获得国家科技进步二等奖1项，军队科技进步二等奖3项，国家发明专利3项。共发表学术论文80余篇，其中14篇SCI、21篇EI（不含双收录）；目前正在主持国家自然科学基金面上项目（NO.61271255）和江苏省自然科学基金面上项目（NO.BK20131068）各1项；是国内外多家著名核心期刊的特约审稿人。
