　　简历：
　　周树堂，男，博士，研究员，博士生导师；中国科学院动物研究所昆虫发育与生殖基因调控研究组组长。
　　2002年毕业于加拿大Queen’s University，获生物化学和分子生物学博士学位。2003-2004年在Queen’s University蛋白质功能中心和生物化学系从事博士后研究，2005年后在美国Duke University Medical Center任助理研究员、助理教授。2009年入选中国科学院“百人计划”，2010年起担任中国科学院动物研究所研究员、博士生导师、昆虫发育与生殖基因调控研究组组长，2011年获“百人计划”择优支持。
　　长期从事发育生物学，转录调控机制，细胞因子与信号通路，功能基因进化及环境胁迫适应等方面的研究。曾获美国PRS NIH/NICHD Young Investigator Award，担任Journal of Allergy and Therapy编委。近年的研究成果发表于PNAS，Insect Biochemistry and Molecular Biology，Journal of Cell Science，American Journal of Physiology等SCI期刊上。授权国际专利1项。

　　研究领域：
　　综合运用分子生物学、生物化学、细胞生物学等手段，研究昆虫生殖发育与变态的基因调控机制，昆虫与寄主植物的相互作用和昆虫适应环境胁迫的分子机理。包括昆虫激素（保幼激素、蜕皮激素、肽激素等）或环境与寄主因子诱导下的基因转录与调控、蛋白表达与修饰、信号传导等。
